Ajax Systems was founded in 2011 in Ukraine, and a year later at the international exhibition presented its first development in the field of technical security equipment. Today, Ajax Systems is one of the globally recognized leaders in the design and manufacture of modern security systems.

The company creates a wireless alarm system to protect against intrusion, fire, flood. Under the Ajax brand, intelligent security systems (HUBs), a variety of sensors, audible warning devices, functional remote controls, and relays are available to fully automate the process of controlling electrical appliances, modules for integrating Ajax complexes with third-party video cameras, other sensors and systems.

Especially for Ajax products, its own OS (OS Malevich) and Jeweler radio communication technology were developed, allowing it to be carried out at a distance of up to 2 km (in open space). The development of Ajax Systems has become one of the largest IoT projects in Europe (IoT – “Internet of things”, machine-to-machine interaction, interaction of things, built on radio frequency identification). The advantages of security systems Ajax include the ability to manage using a mobile application, support for creating backup copies, reliable cryptographic protection, fault tolerance, work in extreme conditions, energy efficiency, conceptual design.

In 2015, as a result of the creation of innovative developments, the attraction of venture capital investments of the SMRK fund and a well-thought-out marketing policy, the company entered the world market. Today, more than 70% of products are exported; they are shipped to 75 countries in Europe and Asia, and products are successfully internationally certified. The number of objects under the protection of Ajax systems exceeds 100 thousand.

In 2017, the company’s products received awards at prestigious international exhibitions MIPS Securika (for the best innovative product in the field of security alarms and the best debut) and IFSEC (product of the year). In 2018, the wireless security system won a silver medal at the Expoprotection Awards competition.

The company’s headquarters is located in Kyiv, the development of solutions and production are fully concentrated in Ukraine.

In early 2019, a minority stake in the company was acquired by Horizon Capital, an American investment fund.
