Improvement and modernization of the complex security system in a private home (Donetsk region)

Buying a new home is a very bright event in the life of every person, but along with the new home, the new owner, in addition to new impressions, also gets old engineering systems that either become outdated with time or were not initially perfect. What to do with it? Everyone decides for himself! Our customer decided to redo everything.

Security alarm system

Wired sensors, outdated central with delivery to the security console with a huge number of zones, but without the possibility of a separate setting of these zones under the guard.

Intercom

So it was all very sad. The previous “installers” may not have known the principles of operation of intercoms with electric locks, or forgot something, but the wire between the call panel and the lock was missing. As a result, the lock open button on the monitor did not work, to save the situation, they installed another button on the monitor that opened the lock.

The previous system has been dismantled. Instead, it installed the wireless system Ajax, which includes:

Intercom

Position cable between the call panel and the electric lock. Pavement tiles were dismantled, a pipe was laid, cuts were made between bricks and a cable was laid. Then everything was put back together.

The old-door intercom was replaced with the Slinex SL-10IPT with the ability to receive calls over the Internet.

The Slinex ML-20CR call panel with a viewing angle of 120 ° and a built-in reader allows you to control the lock using EM Marine contactless cards.

Video surveillance

In connection with the limited cable laying capacity and system scalability requirements, an IP system from Hikvision was selected.

All cable routes were laid between bricks and plastered with cement. This allowed to preserve the appearance of the house and improve the anti-vandal properties of the system.

The Dahua DH-PFS3009-8ET-96 48V switch with 8 ports of POE was used as a power supply unit.

Hikvision DS-2CD2021G1-I cameras with a viewing angle of 114 °, Hikvision DS-recorder 7608NI-K1 (B) with support for H.265 + codec.
