Exchange

The exchange of goods for a similar one is carried out according to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Rights”, within 14 days from the date of purchase, if there is a sales receipt, in its presentation and original packaging, in good technical condition and fully loaded.

If a new product is more expensive, then an extra cost difference occurs. If a new product is cheaper, then the difference in value is returned.

If it is necessary to check the technical health of the goods, it can be sent for technical examination to a specialized service center.

Goods are accepted for exchange provided:

  • the deadlines are met – 14 calendar days from the date of purchase;
  • availability of a sales receipt;
  • the equipment has no damage or signs of use;
  • trade dress is preserved and packaging is not damaged;
  • maintaining complete completeness.

Important!
When exchanging equipment running a pre-installed operating system, such as surveillance cameras, video recorders and other equipment, a prerequisite is the buyer resetting the software to factory settings. If this condition is not met, the cost of the factory reset service is paid. Otherwise, the seller has the right to refuse to accept equipment for exchange.

Return

The return of the goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Rights”, within 14 days from the date of purchase in the presence of a sales receipt, in its present and original packaging, in good technical condition and fully loaded.

If the purchase was accompanied by non-cash payment, payment by Visa / Mastercard, then a refund is made in the same way.
