The Dortec DT-516HA SILVER is a universal door closer with a typical scissor bar, which is mounted on top of the door leaf and frame on the left or right. Depending on the width and weight of the door, the closer must apply an increased force to automatically close the door, overcoming the force of inertia, air resistance or friction in the hinges.
The closer is used for heavy doors with a width of 1220 mm to 1500 mm. The size of the opening force is 25-150 kgf with a resource of 1 million cycles.
According to the European standard EN 1154, the model has at its disposal adjustable indicators of closing force EN1-6. Adjustment of closing delay, closing speed and backlash is performed. The device also supports the Back Shake function and keeping the door in the open position.
The Dortec DT-516HA product is made of aluminum alloy in silver color and meets EN1634 fire resistance standards.
The frost-resistant DT-516HA can be used inside or outside the building at an operating temperature of -40°С-+55°С.
