Features of production of multi-gel AGM batteries

Multigel batteries are manufactured using advanced AGM technology using thickened plates with high anti-corrosion properties.

Porous insulating strips of thin fiberglass are placed inside the battery. Separators and electrode plates are tightly pressed to each other. Thus, free liquid electrolyte remains between the plates of the battery, because it is contained in the separator and in the active part of the electrodes.

The amount of liquid electrolyte is dosed in such a way that the small pores are filled with acid, and the large ones ensure the circulation of gases.

The design of the battery has an improved gas recombination system – oxygen and hydrogen, which are formed as a result of chemical processes, do not have time to evaporate outside the hermetic case until the moment of condensation.
